Not only does his crew receive on-the-job training, it also attends classes & seminars through local vocational schools, manufacturers’ courses & through its membership with the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) & the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). 

The twenty-vehicle refrigeration department thoroughly schedules its 24/7 on-call emergency service crew with back-up assistance ready if necessary.
