MJ Hayward Mechanical/Electrical Services, Inc. was established as a corporation in December of 1996 by the Hayward family.  Mike Hayward, Sr., who has over forty years of hvacr & electrical experience, is the company’s president, his wife Alison, who has over twenty-five years of bookkeeping & office management experience, is the corporate secretary & treasurer, & his oldest son Mike Hayward, Jr., with over ten years of experience, is vice president.  All three were born & raised within the Lake Sunapee & Upper Valley regions.

MJ Haywards10,000-sq’ facility at the Airport Park, in West Lebanon, NH.  The building houses a complete custom sheet metal fabrication shop & hvacr sales & service center. 

MJ Hayward provides one stop shopping when it comes to residential, commercial, industrial & institutional design, sales, installation, service & preventive maintenance for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, controls, electrical, fire alarm, air balancing & duct cleaning.  It can provide a complete installation without having to subcontract any of the mechanical & electrical services.  It has a fleet of at least twenty vehicles & offers 24/7 emergency on-call service.  No design/build or bid/spec job is too small or large.

MJ Hayward employees have attended colleges, vocational schools & manufacturer & trade organization courses, seminars & certifications.  The firm belongs to many organizations, such as the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Building Officials Code Association (BOCA) & the Lebanon & Hanover Chambers of Commerce.  MJ Hayward has won many safety awards & often participates in charitable donations to The Haven, Shriners, Masons, Toys for Tots & numerous other local organizations & events.
